About Kelly
Kelly’s passion for business grew from a young age; she demonstrated a natural acumen for selling in her first Saturday job at 13 years old! Then came the love of analysis, communication, planning and strategy; all of which were consolidated with a degree in Business Management, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Both of which have complimented her extensive career in education and business.
Through her roles in consultancy, Directorship, and company ownership, Kelly has gained a deep understanding of what it takes to consistently be one step ahead in business.
She has been instrumental in the development and growth of several businesses, including her most recent company, Airhost For You, which she ran for 9 years and sold in 2024. This included a partnership with Marriott Homes and Villas by Marriot International, which is a testament to her strategic vision and leadership.

Let's Get Personal
When Kelly’s not excelling in the boardroom or with clients, she can be found out in the Spanish or English countryside walking with her two dogs – Arthur and Digby. Kelly initially adapted to a slower pace of life when she moved from Brighton to the East Sussex countryside, where she immersed herself in country life and discovered a new found love of nature, walking and gardening. Yes, gardening! She can often be found paddle boarding, hiking, swimming or doing yoga.
Kelly now embraces a life with more sunshine as she splits her time between East Sussex and Spain.
Kelly has a love of contemporary art, design and fashion.With her knowledge of interior design, she has remodelled the interior and exterior of her current East Sussex home.
